This is a rare opportunity to obtain an original factory Sportline model. Only 89 RHD Sportline E320 Cabriolets were ever produced, with far fewer in existence today. The Sportline optional package provided a slightly lower ride height and specially tuned suspension including shorter, stiffer springs, struts, and anti roll bars. slightly wider (7” rather than 6.5”) light alloy wheels were fitted along with quick ratio steering and a smaller wheel.

This particular car was imported to Ireland in 2008. It was registered at that point with all VRT and duties paid. It was immediately put in dry storage as part of a private collection and has remained in dry storage to this day. Sixteen years in total. In 2008 the documented mileage was 91819 miles. In 2021 the car was recommissioned for sale with a mileage of 93398 miles. With the ensue of Covid it was decide to keep the car in storage. Between 2008 and 2021 the car was started and driven bimonthly with an annual mileage of only 121 miles to keep everything in PMO. Today the mileage is 93462 miles having driven only 64 miles in the last three years.

This is an extremely rare opportunity to purchase a low mileage rare Sportline Cabriolet that has been kept mechanically perfect and has not seen one shower of rain over the last sixteen years keeping the undercarriage and body in prime condition away from the elements. Having only covered 1643 miles since 2008 with an average mileage of 102 miles per annum.

Summary:

Being first registered in August 1996 it is one of the last of them produced and qualifies for vintage tax in two years time. It has a large build spec and is equipped with ASR which is comforting with the power and torque of these cars. Azurite metallic navy with unmarked cream leather interior.
